The Shrink-a-Pack – Ezi-Wraper

With a Shrink-a-Pack machine you will be able to heat seal, and shrink wrap with the ease and professionalism of an expert.

It is a low cost but effective way to give a distinctive touch to special promotions, gift packs etc. Products with scuffed or damaged packaging can be re-wrapped to look like new.

Transparent shrink wrapping protects against tampering and protects against moisture and soilage. This machine offers a built-in sealing timer and requires no pre-heating; ready to go in 1 to 4 seconds.

Available in 300, 450, 600, and 800mm sealing lengths. The Hot Air Shrink Gun, included, plugs directly into the sealing unit. Uses centrefold PVC, Polyolefin or Polypropylene shrink materials.

The ONE STEP

The ONE STEP L-Bar Shrink Wrapper is great for professionally finished products for both point of sale and ideal for product security.

Easy, one person operation – This machine features one action seal and shrink with easy to operate analogue controls.

The ONE STEP L-bar sealer is ideal for printing companies or product that needs to be reworked.

PVC, PP or POLYOLIFIN shrink films can be used allowing anyone the capability to produce appealing, sparkling packages everytime.

The ONE STEP shrinkwrapper is supplied on a mobile stand (trolley) to make the unit mobile, but can also be placed on a bench top.

Also available is the DH-YSB-6084 seal area is 600mm x 8400mm, power required is 3ph 415v.

CY336-P Semi-Auto L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel Combo

The CY336-P Semi-Auto L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel Combo is a quality built shrink wrapping machine to suit the medium capacity packaging requirements, it has been designed with reliable, accurate and easy to use analogue controls, it is capable of 8-15 ppm (480-900 packs/hour) depending on product and operator, a return conveyor can be fitted as an option to return the shrink wrapped package back to the operator for stacking.

The CY336-P is designed as such, that as you wrap a product there is a product shrinking in the tunnel to reduce wasted waiting times and is ideal with the use of PVC and POF shrink films.

Maximum size of the product that can be run through the machine is 440w x 660L x 200H.

FP560A Semiautomatic L-sealer

The FP560A is a Semiautomatic L-sealer (shown here with the SMIPACK T450 Shrink Tunnel) is capable of an output of 600-1200 packs/hour, it has a Sealing bar size of 560 x 430 mm with a maximum pack height: 230 mm.

It also features a Continuous sealing cycle, a pack deviation device, a Film waste winding device as standard supply, Teflon-coated sealing blade, Closed-circuit liquid cooling of the sealing bars, Visualizer of the coolant level, Working height of the sealer and of the tunnel adjustable by means of an external crank, Emergency button, Automatic pack discharge by means of a motorized conveyor, Flextron® control system equipped with alphanumeric LCD control panel provided with a 16-bit microprocessor card and solid state relays, modular power section, separated from the control panel and characterized by longer lasting solid state relays providing easier maintenance – in case of failure, possibility of replacing just the damaged module, without losing the data stored in the memory.

This system allows a simple and precise control of all the machine operations, such as: – machine status – number of packs produced by an electronic pack counter – real-time production – adjustment of the sealing temperature – pack discharge speed – automatic cycle function, that is the possibility of setting the output speed through the electronic card, by adjusting the closure and opening times of the sealing arm – delay in the opening of the sealing arm – possibility of scheduling up to 6 different work cycles, thus resulting in increased productivity and simplified use. Film that can be used: PVC, Polyolefins and Polyethylene.

Uni Shrink 520

The Uni Shrink 520 machine comes with a 5 programme touchpad each with 6 variables that modify the sealing cycle, tunnel conveyor speed and temperature. With an added feature of either automatic or push button in one compact machine.

Once the start button is pressed the automatic programmed cycle repeats continuously at up to 900 packs per hour. As an alternative you can set the machine to start only when the operator requires it to run.

CY71-12s Auto L-Bar Sealer

The CY71-12s Auto L-Bar Sealer is a quality built, easy to use and adjust, shrink wrapping machine to suit the medium  to large capacity packaging requirements, it has been designed with reliable, accurate and easy to use analogue controls, the CY71-12s is capable of up to 30ppm (1800 packs/hour) depending on product and operator.

The CY 71-12s is an easy to use system with simple operation as follows,

Turn machine on, attach air line to machine, adjust machine width/height to suit your product, and attach film to machine. You are now ready to start. Place your product on the infeed conveyor and the machine will sense when the product is in the seal area and seal your product, the machine then conveys into a shrink tunnel. (shrink tunnelsold separately)

The Chan Yeh BO-38 Heat Shrink Tunnel is a quality built, easy to use and adjust, Live Roller conveyour Tunnel,  to suit the medium  to large capacity packaging requirements, it has been designed with reliable, accurate and easy to use analogue controls, the BO-38 is perfectlly matched to sit along side the Chan Yeh Auto L-Bar Sealers, however it is also capable of matching up to many other brands of simular sealers, the unit may also be used as a stand alone Shrink Tunnel.

The BO-38 is an easy to use system with simple operation as follows,
Place tunnel behind sealer, or operate as stand alone. Turn power on set temperature setting, adjust conveyor speed to suit appropriate shrink, you are now ready for production.
